The material of the material tower is hot-dip galvanized steel plate produced by domestic large-scale well-known steel plate manufacturers. The double-sided galvanized layer is 275g / ㎡. After passivation treatment, the rust resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly enhanced. All bolts of the material tower are made of alloy high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts and tested in 48 hours salt spray; the horizontal and vertical joints of the plate are sealed with silica gel mud, which has the advantages of wind and rain proof, firm, long service life, etc. The material tower cover adopts the automatic elastic torsion spring control structure, and the pull handle on the ground can open and close the material tower cover freely. The lower cone is provided with an organic transparent glass observation window, which is convenient for timely observation of material transportation. Each step of the material tower ladder is firm and antiskid, and is equipped with circular guardrail, so the design is safer and more humanized. There are many kinds of tonnage (2-30t) available for the charging tower.
